Overview
Scaleway is a French cloud provider, and Transactional Email (TEM) is its managed sending service. You send through a REST API or the SMTP relay, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup, reputation scores, reports and alerts, and metrics in Scaleway's Cockpit observability tool. The service runs only in the fr-par (Paris) region, which is the point for teams that want email data kept by a European provider.
The Essential plan has no subscription: the first 300 emails each month are free, then €0.25 per 1,000. It allows five domains and one webhook per domain. Scale costs €80 a month for 100,000 emails (then €0.20 per 1,000) and adds unlimited domains and webhooks, a managed dedicated IP, manual blocklist control and a 99.9% SLA.
New accounts start with a quota of 10,000 emails a month, 10 recipients per email and a 2 MB size limit through the API (50 MB through SMTP). Support raises quotas case by case once your payment method and identity are validated. Its product and pricing pages describe sending only.
