Overview
EmailOctopus is an email marketing tool that deliberately does email only: no SMS or unrelated add-ons. It offers a drag-and-drop editor, templates generated in your brand colours, automations, signup forms, landing pages, tags, segments, custom fields, scheduled campaigns, personalisation, reports and an API, with over 1,000 integrations.
The free Starter plan stores 2,500 subscribers and sends 10,000 emails a month. It includes three automations of up to five steps, one landing page and one form, one user, and EmailOctopus branding; reports are kept for 30 days.
Pro plans are priced by subscriber count with a monthly email allowance and start at $9 a month billed yearly. They remove branding, keep reports forever and allow unlimited landing pages, forms and users. If you need more sends than your tier allows, you move up a tier.
EmailOctopus Connect is a variant that routes email through your own Amazon SES account, with unlimited emails and lower software prices, for developers already on AWS.
