Overview

Elastic Email sells two products: an Email API (HTTP API plus SMTP relay) for application email, and Email Marketing for campaigns. The company has broadened into forms, landing pages, team chat and help desk, but the API plans are priced on their own.

The Free plan sends up to 3,000 emails a month, limited to 100 a day. At 50,000 emails a month, Starter costs $19 and Pro $49. Pro adds seven days of log storage instead of three, sub accounts, a white-label HTTP API and more AI template prompts. A private IP costs $40 a month and is required for IP pools and custom reverse DNS.

If you hit a plan limit, auto-increase can move you to a higher tier and bill the difference for the rest of the period; you can also choose to be notified instead. Downgrades are only possible in the last two days of a billing period.
