Overview

MailPace is an independent transactional email provider that runs its own email infrastructure in the EU. It accepts only transactional mail such as password resets, notifications and welcome emails, not bulk marketing. You send through an HTTPS API with idempotency keys or an SMTP server, and receive email through inbound SMTP converted into webhooks.

By design it does not track opens or clicks. Every plan includes every feature: unlimited domains, from-addresses, team members and webhooks, automated bounce and blocklist handling, email tagging, passkey-based two-factor authentication and 30 days of email retention.

Pricing is based only on the number of emails sent and received each month. The home page lists 1,000 emails for under $4 a month and 10,000 for $10, and MailPace's comparison page gives $100 for 100,000 and $1,000 for 1 million. A 100-email free plan is available by emailing support.

Pricing is a volume slider in your choice of currency; the pricing page text only shows the first 10,000 emails at $10. The 100,000 and 1 million figures come from MailPace's Resend comparison page. A free plan of up to 100 emails a month exists but is only given on request by email, so freeTier is null. Sent and received emails both count. Cancel anytime from the dashboard.
