Overview
MailerSend is a transactional email service with an email API, seven official SDKs, an SMTP relay and inbound routing. It puts effort into the dashboard: three template builders including drag and drop, user roles, and access for teammates who handle billing or copy without touching code. Paid plans can also send SMS in the US and Canada.
The Free plan sends 500 emails a month and requires entering card details to activate. Hobby ($7) raises that to 5,000 emails with bulk sending and user roles. Starter ($35 for 50,000 emails) adds 10 domains, sender identities, SMS, live chat support and 7-day activity retention. Professional ($110 for 50,000) is aimed at agencies: unlimited users and domains, 30-day retention, API request logs, DMARC monitoring for 10 domains and a dedicated account manager.
Dedicated IPs are only available on Enterprise for senders above 100,000 emails a week. Yearly billing cuts 10% off every plan.
