Overview
MailerLite is a general-purpose email marketing tool: a drag-and-drop, rich-text or custom HTML editor, a visual automation builder, dynamic segments, signup forms and pop-ups, websites with a blog, landing pages, surveys, and selling digital products, bookings and paid newsletters.
Its pricing rule is that paid plans share the whole feature set and differ in limits. Comfort, from $12 a month at 500 subscribers ($89 at 10,000), sends up to 10 times your tier ceiling each month and allows 50 automations, 10 sites or landing pages and 3 seats. Power, from $25 ($129 at 10,000), removes those caps under fair use and adds multiple automation triggers and 24/7 live chat.
The free plan now stops at 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month, with 3 automations limited to 5 steps each. MailerLite is based in the EU, and offers an MCP server and API for connecting AI assistants and apps.
For password resets and receipts, the company points you to MailerSend, a separate transactional product with its own pricing.
