Overview
GetResponse is a marketing platform built around email: a visual editor with AI generators, newsletters, autoresponders, automation workflows, landing pages, signup forms and pop-ups. Higher plans add ecommerce features (abandoned cart, promo codes, product recommendations), web push, webinars, a website builder and a course creator.
All paid plans include unlimited monthly email sends and are priced by list-size bracket, starting at $19 a month for up to 1,000 subscribers on Starter. Starter includes a welcome series but only one custom automation workflow; Marketer ($59) unlocks unlimited workflows, advanced segmentation and sales funnels; Creator ($69) adds webinars and course tools.
The free plan allows 500 contacts and 2,500 newsletters a month with one landing page, and gives premium features for the first 14 days. Note that billing counts every contact added during the month as well as the peak subscriber count, so importing and deleting contacts can push you into a higher bracket.
Enterprise adds dedicated IPs, SSO, SMS and transactional email.
