Overview

Hostinger is a large web hosting company that also sells KVM-based VPS plans. The four plans run on AMD EPYC processors with NVMe storage and 1 Gbps networking, from KVM 1 (1 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 50 GB NVMe, 4 TB bandwidth) to KVM 8 (8 vCPU, 32 GB RAM, 400 GB NVMe, 32 TB bandwidth).

Plans include weekly backups, manual snapshots, firewall management, a public API and an AI-assisted web terminal, plus one-click templates for Linux distributions, control panels like cPanel, CloudPanel, Coolify and Dokploy, and apps such as n8n, WordPress, Nextcloud and Supabase. Data centers are spread across North America, Europe, Asia and South America.

The catch is billing: the headline prices require prepaying for a long term and renew at roughly double. Paid monthly, KVM 1 costs about three times the advertised rate. Compare total cost over the term, not the monthly figure, against hourly clouds. Before buying, also check which data center is suggested for your audience.
