Overview
KeyCDN is a content delivery network run by proinity LLC in Switzerland. It operates its own network of 60+ data centres in 40+ countries rather than reselling another CDN. You create a pull zone pointing at your origin, or a push zone to upload files to KeyCDN storage, then serve assets from a KeyCDN or custom hostname.
Pricing is simple: bandwidth billed by region, starting at $0.04/GB in North America and Europe and $0.08 to $0.10/GB elsewhere, with no request fees. Accounts pay at least $4 a month in usage and add credit in $49 minimum payments. Three zones are included, further zones cost $1 each.
Every account gets all features, including instant purge, HTTP/2, Brotli, TLS 1.3, free Let's Encrypt certificates, origin shield, secure tokens and DDoS protection. KeyCDN does not offer DNS hosting or a WAF, so pair it with a DNS provider.
KeyCDN runs 60+ data centres in 40+ countries on six continents, each with direct access to multiple Tier 1 networks and at least 40 Gbps uplinks, and lists ISO 27001 standards for its data centres.
