It positions itself as a premium private CDN with a dedicated shield layer, priority handling of cache misses, edge functions and white-glove integration support.
A free Developer account gives up to 100 GB a month on one domain with a 99.95% SLA, then $0.05/GB. Business plans commit to monthly volume: $300 for 10 TB, $750 for 50 TB or $1,000 for 100 TB, with 65+ PoPs, 50 domains, IPv6, HTTP/3 and 24/7 phone support. Enterprise starts at $2,000 for 100 TB and adds 80 PoPs, a WAF, advanced DDoS protection, SSO, role-based access, WebSockets and a 100% SLA.
CacheFly does not host DNS. Its security features (WAF, advanced DDoS, bot mitigation) sit on Enterprise and High Volume plans.
Before choosing a plan, compare the committed volume with your real traffic: overage on Business is billed at the same per-GB rate as the plan, and the rate drops as the commitment grows, from $0.03/GB at 10 TB to $0.01/GB at 100 TB. White-glove proof-of-concept environments are offered when you move toward Enterprise.
